  • Coordinate rental of booth, electricity, telephone, pipe & drape, carpet, etc. with the exhibition services company.

  • Coordinate and process registrations.

  • Collect registration fees.

  • Arrange badge printing & assembly.

  • Arrange On Site registration.

  • Develop exhibitors floor plan.

  • Provide on site coordination throughout the trade show.

  • Develop event identity, including the development of marketing and promotional materials.

  • Develop event based "tourism package"

  • Provide support for any web-based promotion.

  • Maintain a database of inquiries.

  • Coordinate media coverage, if desired.

  • Produce a comprehensive final report, which includes a complete overview of event, along with key learning's and future recommendations.
